Our service includes a comprehensive consultation to determine the right copier/printer or software for your company.
We then select the best product for you based on your budget and work with you during the entire process to project completion. We then review our partnership with you and any 3rd party partner that we select for equipment and services to make sure that promises are kept and you maintain your satisfaction.
Post Sales Service and Support -
Did you know that the tenure of a Copier Manufacturer's Sales Representative is only 1 year and 4 months? What does that mean and how does it affect you?
After the initial sale or lease and on average 1 year & 4 months into your contract, your rep will no longer work for your current copier vendor/manufacturer. Which means that for probably 2 years you do not hear from a representative, because the new representative that replaced your previous rep, does not get paid commission for providing post sales support.
So, they only contact you when it is time to upgrade you so that they can get paid.
The result is poor post sales support and customer frustration.
